Martin embarked on a successful career with the company in 2001 and has nearly 30 years overall experience within Financial Services.

Steve started his career within the financial services industry in 1996 during his 26 year employment record with HSBC Bank. He then joined Insurance Services Wales Limited in 2012 as a Financial Adviser.

Kath became a qualified mortgage adviser with Insurance Services Wales in 2016. After working for the company as an administrator processing mortgages on and off for the last 15 years

Laura has been working in the finance industry since 2013. She joined the firm as an administrator and has developed her career over the last 7 years.

Annika has been working in financial services since January 2018 as a mortgage and protection adviser. Annika prides herself on providing excellent customer service to her clients and builds up good working relationships.

Has worked in the Financial Service Industry since 1999 as an administrator, having worked previously for Ashley Law for over 20 years before joining ISW in March 2020.

Ffion is the most recent member to join our team. After achieving a 2:1 in her bachelor of honours degree in Education, Psychology and Special Educational Needs, she decided to change path and took on a role within Legal and General.
